PetCare Vets is a Veterinary practice dealing only in pet animals. We have two practice centres, Amber Vet Centre which has been established for 30 years and Lea Green Vet centre which was established about 60 years ago.
We hope to provide a friendly personal service at an affordable price whilst maintaining a high standard of surgical and medical veterinary care.
We are equipped to the latest standards including digital x-ray systems and blood analysis machines including haematology at both centres.
Our surgeries are open, generally, from 8am to 7pm and we can offer you appointments during morning, afternoon and evening consulting periods.
For out of hours emergencies we employ a nearby dedicated Veterinary Accident and Emergency Unit at Cheadle Hulme.
Both our centres are on the A6. Amber Vet Centre is in Levenshulme (1084) Stockport Road, and Lea Green is at 251Wellington Road North in Heaton Chapel, Stockport.

These schemes provide a 20% discount.
We also operate a scheme on behalf of the Dogs Trust
where those on government means tested benefits can have their dogs and bitches neutered for just £30.
We work with the Cats' Protection (league) to operate a similar scheme for cats where those receiving means tested benefits can have male or female cats neutered for just £5.

In
addition to the preventive medicine schemes we run, such as the vaccination
programs and the neutering schemes detailed above, we also provide standard
health care facilities for medicine and surgery, including ultrasound
examinations.
Our operating facilities are capable of dealing with all standard situations and we are able to provide a very high standard of post operative care, including our recovery areas, fluid and syringe pumps of post operative fluid administration
